Peanut Butter Fudge (simple)

2 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. conf. sugar

Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat. Then put in peanut butter & melt to a smooth consistency. Turn off heat & put in conf. sugar.Stir well & put in a greased pan. Put in fridge to set.

             

 

Mama's Peanut Butter Fudge

1/2 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda
2/3 c. whey protein powder, vanilla flavor (2 scoops)

Melt the butter & peanut butter together in the microwave on HIGH for 1-2 min; whisk well. Whisk in the cream cheese until well blended & smooth. Whisk in the Splenda then the whey protein powder & blend well. Line a 7"x5" baking dish with wax paper or nonstick foil. Spread the fudge mixture in the pan & chill or freeze until set. Cut into 20 sq. Store in the refrigerator or freeze.
