Patt's Grasshopper Pie               

Ingredients:  
1 chocolate pie crust

2/3 c. milk
bag of marshmallows
2 oz creme de menthe
1 oz. creme de cocoa
green food coloring
1 pk Dream Whip
1 lg tub Cool Whip
semisweet german chocolate
springs of fresh mint

Combine milk & marshmallows in sauce pan. Cook slowly til marshmallows are melted (stirring often)  
Cool. (I usually put in freezer until bottom ofpan is cool to the touch)
Combine marshmallow sauce & Dream Whip. Fold in Cool Whip, creme de menthe, creme de cocoa, & a few drops of green food coloring.

Pour into chocolate crust. Shave the German chocolate & sprinkle on top.

Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving. Top with sprig of mint before serving.
