Amanda's Peanut Butter Pie 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2/3 cup sugar Combine powdered sugar & peanut butter. Spread over bottom of 9" baked pie shell crust. Combine corn starch, sugar & salt into saucepan of hot milk & mix well. Pour small amount into egg yolks, then return to hot milk. Cook until thick. Add butter & vanilla, then pour into pie shell onto top of pie shell. Make meringue for top with 3 egg whites, 1/4 c. sugar & 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp vanilla & brown.
