Pumpkin Sheet Cake
1 c. mazola oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Mix in order given; pour onto a cookie
sheet (15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 5/8" ). Bake in
oven at 325 degrees until golden. Check
with toothpick to make sure it is done. Cool
& frost with favorite icing.
