HEALTHY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
1 (8 oz pkg) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fat-free ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/4 to 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (depending on how
hot you like it)
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast or
1 large can of chicken breast
1 pkg reduced-fat shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer on
medium speed until smooth. Beat in dressing, buffalo
sauce, and water until blended. Stir in chicken and 1/2
pkg of cheese. Spread in a 1-quart baking dish. Cover
with foil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Add
rest of cheese & Stir. Top with onions. Serve with
veggies, crackers or tortilla chips.

Maple Syrup Muffins
1 egg
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
4 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2Beat egg until light.
3Mix in wet ingredients.
4Sift and add dry ingredients
to wet.
5Pour into greased muffin tins.
6Bake 20 minutes or until light
golden & centers are done.
