2 bags 3oz. Ramen Noodle Soup in Oriental (other flavors work too) Dressing Mix: Put the ramen noodles in a bag & crush them with a rolling pin while melting butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat. Add the crushed noodles & slivered almonds to the skillet & saute, stirring occasionally (keep temperature at low/medium heat.) Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Place the broccoli slaw into bowl 7 toss with the noodles, almonds & sunflower seeds. Pour dressing & toss to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions. Refrigerate. (I used only sunflower seeds & it was plenty crunchy! Did you know that broccoli has a high amount of calcium? Good for your bones girls!)
