Broccoli Cole Slaw

2 bags 3oz. Ramen Noodle Soup in Oriental (other flavors work too)
3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 bags (12oz.) bags broccoli cole slaw
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
chopped green onions for garnish

Dressing Mix:
3/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Ramen noodle seasoning packet

Put the ramen noodles in a bag & crush them with a rolling pin while melting butter in a large skillet over low/medium heat. Add the crushed noodles & slivered almonds to the skillet & saute, stirring occasionally (keep temperature at low/medium heat.) Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Place the broccoli slaw into bowl 7 toss with the noodles, almonds & sunflower seeds. Pour dressing & toss to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions. Refrigerate.

(I used only sunflower seeds & it was plenty crunchy! Did you know that broccoli has a high amount of calcium? Good for your bones girls!)
